405.02 Scope
Interrogatories may seek any information that is discoverable under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b). [ Note 1.] An interrogatory that is otherwise proper is not necessarily objectionable merely because it requires a party to give an opinion or contention that relates to fact or the application of law to fact.
